Do you know how to produce the glowing twirl effect with the help of polar coordinates filter in Photoshop? The following steps are helpful for the creation of glowing twirl effect in Photoshop,

1. The first step is to open a fresh file and make a new layer.
2. Change the default background color as black and background color as white.
3.. After this select the gradient tool and keep the cursor at the bottom position of the canvas.

4. Click the cursor and pull towards the top and you can see the canvas filled with a gradient.
5. Click Filter>Distort>Wave.

6. A wave window appears like the one shown below. Settings and values of the wave window must be changed according to the directions shown below.
Number of Generators - 9
Type - Square
Wavelength Min-15 Max 110
Amplitude Min 7 Max 37
Scale Horizontal, Vertical - 100%
Undefined Areas - Repeat Edge Pixels .
7. Click ok after satisfying these directions.
8. Click Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates. Set 100%value in the polar coordinates window and then select ‘rectangular to polar’.
9. For inverting the color click Image>Adjustments>Invert. For the adjustment of the curve click Image>Adjustments>Curves. For adjusting the sliders click
Image>Adjustments>Levels
10. Change the blending mode in a way to ‘multiply’ in layers panel. After doing this click Filter>Distort>Twirl to change the setting to 100% and angle to 80%.
11. Click Layers>Flatten>Image and you can get the glowing twirl image.
